The prices include the following services:
- The prices are to be understood per day and chalet.
- First set of linen and towels for the duration of your stay
- Utilities (water, electricity, heat)
- Free WiFi
- Lockable ski depot
- Parking space
Not included:
- Local tax of € 2.60 per person and night (for guests aged 17 and older)
- One-time final cleaning fee of € 85.- per chalet/€ 125.- per Alm Chalet
- Dogs/pets upon request: € 12.- per day and pet (two max.)
Check-in summer: 15:00-18:00 (for arrivals after 18:00 please phone through and inform us)
Check-in winter: 16:30-18:00 (for arrivals after 18:00 please phone through and inform us)
Check-out: by 10:00
Conditions of cancellation:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 1 month before the reservation
- 80 % of the total costs are to be paid from 1 month to 1 week prior to the day of arrival
- 90 % of the total costs are to be paid from 1 week prior to the day of arrival
- 100 % of the total costs are to be paid if cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show
